Disclaimer — Bajo Fleet House Rate Accuracy, Data & Booking Terms

**Bajo Fleet House publishes charter-rate research, per-boat pricing tables, and group split-cost math for information only. Every figure on this site is dated “as of 2026” and can change without notice. The only prices that bind anyone are written quotes issued by the Komodo Luxury reservations team via WhatsApp 628113823875 or sales@komodoluxury.com.**

This page explains, in plain language, what that means for you as a reader and prospective charter guest. It applies to every page on labuanbajocharterboat.com and was last reviewed in 2026.

What does this disclaimer cover?

Seven things, each addressed below:

  1. Rate accuracy — planning figures, not binding offers.
  2. Third-party benchmarks — whose numbers we cite, and why they are not our rates.
  3. Government and park fees — charges nobody in the charter trade controls.
  4. No guarantees — availability, sea conditions, wildlife, outcomes.
  5. No professional advice — financial, legal, or tax.
  6. Personal data — your rights under Indonesia’s UU PDP, plus GDPR-level handling for international visitors.
  7. Booking and liability terms — what happens between a quote and a sail day.

How accurate are the rate tables on this site?

Accurate on the day we researched them, and honestly dated — nothing more. Charter pricing in Labuan Bajo moves with fuel costs, the IDR/USD exchange rate, seasonal demand, and Komodo National Park regulations. A table that was correct in early 2026 may be off by the time you read it.

That is why every rate here carries an “as of 2026” stamp, and why we never ask you to pay against a table. Booking.com’s own Labuan Bajo charter listing at Jalan Soekarno Hatta displays no price until you select dates — pricing genuinely varies by date and policy. Our answer to that opacity is dated transparency, not false precision. Before any money changes hands, request a current quote from the Komodo Luxury reservations team on WhatsApp 628113823875 or at sales@komodoluxury.com. That written quote is the price. This website is not.

Whose benchmark figures appear here — and are they our rates?

They are not our rates. Bajo Fleet House cites published third-party figures so you can sanity-check any quote against the wider market. Each number belongs to its publisher and may change or disappear without our knowledge.

Source What we cite from it Status
Click&Boat Typical Labuan Bajo rentals USD 950–1,700/day; quoted average USD 1,992/day; seasonal split roughly USD 2,885 (high) vs USD 1,154 (low); skipper about USD 100/day Third-party marketplace data, as of 2026
Sailo Day charters averaging about USD 1,100/day; listed-boat average USD 2,411/day; spread USD 500–9,510 Third-party marketplace data, as of 2026
Best Komodo Tour Private Komodo charters USD 800–2,500 per boat; shared tours USD 60–150 per person (one day); park fee breakdowns Third-party operator pricing, as of 2026
Nera Wela Tour and Travel Whole-boat speedboat rates Rp 7,000,000–13,000,000 (about USD 450–830) by size Third-party operator pricing, as of 2026
Labuan Bajo Luxury Luxury classes USD 2,200/day (boutique phinisi) to USD 10,000+/day (sailing superyacht) Third-party pricing commentary, as of 2026
Booking.com / AYANA Komodo Date-dependent listing behavior; contact-only charter pricing at AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach Third-party listing practice, as of 2026

Where a page quotes one of these figures, it names the source in the sentence. If a citation ever appears unattributed, that is an editorial error — report it through the contact routes below and we will correct it.

Do park fees and government charges change?

Yes, and they sit on top of any boat rate. According to Best Komodo Tour, as of 2026 Komodo National Park costs run approximately IDR 150,000–250,000 per person for entrance, IDR 80,000–100,000 per group for a ranger, and IDR 50,000–100,000 per person for snorkeling or diving permits. These are set by the park authority, not by any charter operator, and they can be revised at any time. Treat them as additional to every charter rate on this site unless your written quote explicitly states they are included.

Does Bajo Fleet House guarantee availability, sea conditions, or outcomes?

No. Specifically, we do not and cannot guarantee:

  • Boat availability — a vessel is reserved only when the reservations team confirms your deposit in writing.
  • Sea state and sailings — the harbormaster and park authority can restrict or close crossings for weather or safety; no operator overrides that.
  • Wildlife encounters — Komodo dragons, mantas, and reef life appear on their schedule, not ours.
  • Itinerary timing — tides, currents, and ranger availability can shift departure and landing times.
  • Currency figures — USD/IDR conversions on this site are approximate as of 2026.

Is anything on this site financial, legal, or tax advice?

No. Our split-cost calculator and break-even tables — for example, the worked math showing a USD 830 whole-boat rate dividing to roughly USD 104 per person with eight aboard, as of 2026 — are arithmetic, not advice. Bajo Fleet House and its operator are not licensed financial, legal, or tax advisers in any jurisdiction. If a charter decision touches company expenses, visas, insurance claims, or tax treatment, consult a qualified professional before booking.

How is my personal data handled under UU PDP and GDPR?

When you contact us on WhatsApp 628113823875 or at sales@komodoluxury.com, you typically share your name, phone number, travel dates, and group size. That data is used to prepare and follow up your quote — nothing else — and is handled under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), which grants you the right to:

  • know how your data is used;
  • access and correct it;
  • request deletion;
  • withdraw consent to further contact at any time.

Visitors from the EU/EEA and UK receive GDPR-comparable handling on request: the same access, correction, erasure, and objection rights, through the same contact routes. Two honest caveats. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and encryption — messages pass through Meta’s infrastructure. Email travels via standard mail providers. If either route is unacceptable, say so and the team will arrange an alternative. Data requests go to sales@komodoluxury.com with “Data request” in the subject line.

What are the honest booking and liability terms?

  • Written quote first. No payment is requested before you hold a written quote naming the boat, date, rate, and inclusions.
  • Deposit and cancellation. Deposit amounts, refund windows, and rebooking rules are stated in the quote itself — they vary by boat class and season, so we do not publish a single blanket policy.
  • Force majeure. If the port authority or park closes crossings, rebooking or refund handling follows the terms in your written quote.
  • Liability cap. To the extent Indonesian law allows, liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the charter.
  • Your part. Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions, follow crew safety instructions, and hold their own travel insurance — we strongly recommend a policy covering marine activities.

Who publishes this site, and who answers for it?

Bajo Fleet House is a rate-transparency publication covering whole-boat charter hire from Labuan Bajo harbor on the western tip of Flores, Indonesia — the gateway to Komodo National Park. Bookings referenced on this site are handled by Komodo Luxury, a charter operator founded in 2015 in Labuan Bajo, whose reservations team confirms every quote directly and in writing. The publisher entity is Juara Holding Group. Editorial responsibility for this page rests with Damianus Jehadu, editor of Bajo Fleet House.

Questions, corrections, or data requests: WhatsApp 628113823875 or sales@komodoluxury.com.
