Terms of Service — Bajo Fleet House

**These terms of service govern your use of labuanbajocharterboat.com, the Bajo Fleet House rate-card website. In short: our published charter prices are informational and date-stamped, bookings are contracted and fulfilled by the Komodo Luxury reservations team, your personal data is handled under Indonesia’s Law 27/2022, and Indonesian law governs everything on this page.**

Effective date: 10 July 2026. If we revise these terms, the date above changes; continued use of the site afterwards means you accept the revised version.

Who runs this website, and who fulfils your booking?

labuanbajocharterboat.com (“Bajo Fleet House”, “we”, “us”, “the site”) is published by Juara Holding Group. The site exists to do one job well: publish transparent whole-boat charter rate cards, capacity tables and split-cost guidance for boats departing Labuan Bajo harbor, on the western tip of Flores, Indonesia.

Charter operations are a separate matter. Every booking made through this site is contracted with and fulfilled by Komodo Luxury, a charter operator founded in 2015 in Labuan Bajo, whose reservations team handles quotes, contracts, payment and the charter itself.

Party Role under these terms
Bajo Fleet House (this website) Publishes rate-card content, benchmarks and calculators; routes enquiries
Juara Holding Group Publisher and owner of the website and its content
Komodo Luxury reservations team Issues quotes, contracts bookings, collects payment, operates the charter

By browsing the site or sending an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Are the published prices binding offers?

No. Every price on this site is informational, date-stamped and subject to change without notice. Rate cards reflect research current as of the date shown on each page — typically “as of 2026” — and fuel costs, park regulations, seasonality and boat availability all move faster than any static page can.

Benchmarks we quote from third parties belong to those third parties. When a page attributes a figure to Click&Boat, Sailo, Nera Wela, Best Komodo Tour, Labuan Bajo Luxury, AYANA or Booking.com, that figure is theirs, gathered on the stated date, presented for comparison only — never as our own rate. We do not warrant those sources still quote the same numbers today.

Only one thing constitutes an actual offer: a written quotation issued to you by the Komodo Luxury reservations team via WhatsApp 628113823875 or sales@komodoluxury.com, naming a specific boat, date and price.

How is a booking actually formed?

A booking follows five steps, and no contract exists until step four:

  1. Enquiry. You contact the reservations team by WhatsApp or email with your dates, group size and preferred boat class.
  2. Written quote. The team confirms availability and sends a per-boat quote in writing, including what the rate covers and what it excludes.
  3. Deposit. You pay the deposit stated in the quote, using the payment method the quote specifies.
  4. Written confirmation. The team issues a booking confirmation. That document — not this website — is your contract, and its terms prevail over anything published here.
  5. Balance and boarding. You settle the balance on the schedule in your confirmation and board at Labuan Bajo harbor.

Third-party fees ride on top of boat rates unless your written confirmation says otherwise. As of 2026, Best Komodo Tour breaks down Komodo National Park costs at roughly IDR 150,000–250,000 per person for entrance, IDR 80,000–100,000 per group for a ranger, and IDR 50,000–100,000 per person for snorkeling or diving. Treat those as additional and confirm current park tariffs at booking time.

What payment, cancellation and refund terms apply?

The ones in your written booking confirmation. Because your contract is with the operator, the deposit amount, balance deadline, cancellation windows and refund treatment that bind you are those the Komodo Luxury reservations team states in writing for your specific booking. Ask for them before paying anything; a professional operator will put them in front of you unprompted.

Sea conditions add one honest caveat. The harbormaster in Labuan Bajo can suspend departures in rough weather, and the operator may reroute or reschedule a charter for safety. Whether a disruption ends in a reschedule, credit or refund is governed by your booking confirmation, not by this site.

How do we handle your personal data?

Under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), which applies to this site as an Indonesian-operated service. When you enquire, you typically share your name, WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates and group size. That data is used to prepare your quote and manage your booking, is shared with the Komodo Luxury reservations team for exactly that purpose, and is not sold to anyone.

Visitors from the EU, EEA and UK: we are aware of the GDPR and extend its core courtesies to everyone regardless of nationality — you may ask what data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no active booking or legal obligation requires keeping it. Email sales@komodoluxury.com with “data request” in the subject line; we aim to respond within 30 days.

One practical disclosure: WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, so messages sent there travel under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. If that concerns you, use email.

What are the limits of our liability?

Read this section carefully — it is the honest core of the page:

  • Content is provided “as is”. We work to keep rate cards accurate and date-stamped, but we do not warrant that any price, fee, schedule or regulation on this site is current at the moment you read it.
  • Benchmarks are not advice. Marketplace figures from named third parties are comparison data, not a recommendation to transact at those prices, and we accept no liability for decisions made on them alone.
  • Charter performance sits with the operator. Liability for the vessel, crew, safety equipment and the conduct of your trip is governed by your booking contract with Komodo Luxury and by applicable Indonesian shipping and consumer regulations.
  • No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee weather, wildlife sightings, sea conditions or itinerary completion. Boat travel in the Komodo region carries inherent risk; follow crew instructions at all times.
  • Statutory floor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.

This site publishes travel-pricing research. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here creates an adviser-client relationship.

What are the rules for using this site’s content?

All original content — rate tables, calculators, comparison frameworks and text — is the property of Juara Holding Group. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish our rate cards or tables wholesale as your own, scrape the site at volume, use the content to mislead consumers about who operates it, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Which law governs these terms?

The law of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes over your use of this website go first to good-faith negotiation via the contact routes below, then to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes about a charter booking itself are governed by your booking confirmation with the operator. If any provision of these terms proves unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
